Feelings List

  1. Understand what emotion/feeling is. It is a vibration in your body that starts with a sentence in your brain.

  2. Name it- We need to know how we are feeling. Most of the time, we can’t even name it.

  3. Measure it. How bad is it on a scale from 1-10?

  4. Process it in your body.

Feeling a negative emotion is not as bad as we think it is. We don’t know that because often, we avoid it, resist or react to it.
